Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a ladder-type surface acoustic wave filter which is provided with desired pass characteristics, and which is capable of achieving a reduction in size. A ladder-type surface acoustic wave filter (100) has: a series arm (SA) which connects an input terminal (IN) and an output terminal (OUT); at least one parallel arm (PA1-PA3) which connects the series arm (SA) and a grounding terminal; at least one series arm resonator (S1-S4) inserted in the series arm (SA); and at least two parallel arm resonators (P11, P12) which are inserted in at least one of the parallel arms (PA1-PA3), and which are mutually connected in series. A connection point between the at least two parallel resonators (P11, P12) which are mutually connected in series is configured so as to be grounded via an inductor (L1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un filtre à ondes acoustiques de surface de type échelle qui est doté de caractéristiques de passage souhaitées, et qui est capable de réaliser une réduction de taille. Un filtre à ondes acoustiques de surface de type échelle (100) comporte : un bras longitudinal (SA) qui connecte une borne d'entrée (IN) et une borne de sortie (OUT) ; au moins un bras parallèle (PA1-PA3) qui connecte le bras longitudinal (SA) et une borne de terre ; au moins un résonateur de bras longitudinal (S1-S4) inséré dans le bras longitudinal (SA) ; et au moins deux résonateurs de bras parallèles (P11, P12) qui sont insérés dans au moins l'un des bras parallèles (PA1-PA3), et qui sont mutuellement connectés en série. Un point de connexion entre les au moins deux résonateurs parallèles (P11, P12) qui sont mutuellement connectés en série est configuré de façon à être mis à la terre via une inductance (L1).
