The present invention relates to a practical composition for a heat insulating material that uses crystalline calcium silicate (including hydrate) such as xonotlite, tobermorite, gyrolite, and wollastonite as a material, which has better thermal insulation properties than the related art and is obtained by a convenient manufacturing method with no problems related to the drainage of calcium salt. More particularly, provided is a composition for a heat insulating material that is obtained by reacting 1) at least one type of crystalline calcium silicate selected from a group consisting of xonotlite, tobermorite, gyrolite, and wollastonite, and 2) at least one type of inorganic material selected from a group consisting of calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, cement, amorphous calcium silicate hydrate, talc, and magnesium hydroxide, with phosphoric acid in the presence of water.

Cette invention concerne une composition pratique pour matériau d'isolation thermique qui utilise un silicate de calcium cristallin (hydrate compris) tel que la xonotlite, la tobermorite, la gyrolite, et la wollastonite à titre de matériau, ayant de meilleures propriétés d'isolation thermique que la technique antérieure et est obtenue par un procédé de fabrication pratique sans problèmes liés au drainage du sel de calcium. Plus particulièrement, cette invention concerne une composition pour matériau d'isolation thermique qui est obtenue par réaction de 1) au moins un type de silicate de calcium cristallin choisi dans le groupe constitué par la xonotlite, la tobermorite, la gyrolite, et wollastonite, et 2) au moins un type de matériau inorganique choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'hydroxyde de calcium, le carbonate de calcium, le ciment, le silicate de calcium hydraté amorphe, le talc, et l'hydroxyde de magnésium, avec de l'acide phosphorique en présence d'eau.

 本発明は、ゾノトライト、トバモライト、ジャイロライト、ウォラストナイト等の結晶質珪酸カルシウム(水和物を含む)を原料として用いた断熱材用組成物であって、従来品よりも断熱性に優れるとともに、簡便且つカルシウム塩の排水の問題がない製造方法により得られる、実用的な断熱材用組成物を提供する。 本発明は、具体的には、1)ゾノトライト、トバモライト、ジャイロライト及びウォラストナイトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の結晶質珪酸カルシウムと、2)水酸化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、セメント、非晶質珪酸カルシウム水和物、タルク及び水酸化マグネシウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の無機物質とを、水の存在下においてリン酸と反応させることにより得られることを特徴とする断熱材用組成物を提供する。
