Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for separating 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf) and chloromethane (R40) from a composition comprising HFO-1234yf and R40 with high efficiency. An azeotrope−like composition comprising 58 to 78 mol% of HFO-1234yf and 22 to 42 mol% of R40; and a method for producing HFO-1234yf, comprising the steps of distilling an initial mixture that comprises HFO-1234yf and R40 and has a HFO-1234yf content of more than 63 mol% relative to the total content of HFO-1234yf and R40 to thereby separate the initial mixture into a first fraction in which the HFO-1234yf content relative to the total content of HFO-1234yf and R40 is smaller than that in the initial mixture and a second fraction in which the HFO-1234yf content relative to the total content of HFO-1234yf and R40 is larger than that in the initial mixture and then producing HFO-1234yf having a reduced R40 concentration from the second fraction.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de séparation de 2,3,3,3-tétrafluoropropène (HFO-1234yf) et de chlorométhane (R40) à partir d'une composition comprenant du HFO-1234yf et du R40, avec une efficacité élevée. L'invention concerne une composition de type azéotrope comprenant 58 à 78 % en mole de HFO-1234yf et 22 à 42 % en mole de R40 ; et un procédé de production de HFO-1234yf, comprenant les étapes de distillation d'un mélange initial qui contient du HFO-1234yf et du R40 et présente une teneur en HFO-1234yf de plus de 63 % en mole par rapport à la teneur totale en HFO-1234yf et R40 pour séparer de cette manière le mélange initial en une première infraction dans laquelle la teneur en HFO-1234yf par rapport à la teneur totale en HFO-1234yf et R40 est inférieure à celle dans le mélange initial et en une seconde fraction dans laquelle la teneur en HFO-1234yf par rapport à la teneur totale en HFO-1234yf et R40 est supérieure à celle dans le mélange initial et ensuite de production de HFO-1234yf présentant une concentration réduite de R40 à partir de la seconde fraction.
