Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a stirring device for liquids into which an insoluble component is mixed. [Solution] When the electromagnetic valve (22) of a stirring tank (1) is turned ON and the electromagnetic valve (22) of a stirring tank (2) is turned OFF, the air pressure inside the stirring tank (1) increases and the liquid (5) in the stirring tank (1) is sent into the stirring tank (2) via piping (24). When the volume of the liquid (5) inside the stirring tank (2) reaches an upper limit, the electromagnetic valve (22) of the stirring tank (1) is turned OFF and the electromagnetic valve (22) of the stirring tank (2) is turned ON. As a result, the liquid (5) inside the stirring tank (2) is now sent into the stirring tank (1) via the piping (24). Ultimately, because the liquid (5) is circulated between the stirring tanks (1 and 2) and the liquid is flowing at all times due to the repetition of said actions, separation does not occur.

L'objectif de cette invention est de pourvoir à un dispositif d'agitation de liquides dans lesquels un composant insoluble est incorporé. Pour ce faire, dans le dispositif d'agitation selon l'invention, quand l'électrovanne (22) d'une cuve d'agitation (1) est ouverte et que l'électrovanne (22) d'une cuve d'agitation (2) est fermée, la pression d'air à l'intérieur de la cuve d'agitation (1) augmente et le liquide (5) dans la cuve d'agitation (1) est transféré dans la cuve d'agitation (2) par l'intermédiaire du tuyau (24). Quand le volume du liquide (5) à l'intérieur de la cuve d'agitation (2) atteint une limite haute, l'électrovanne (22) de la cuve d'agitation (1) est fermée et l'électrovanne (22) de la cuve d'agitation (2) est ouverte. En conséquence, le liquide (5) à l'intérieur de la cuve d'agitation (2) est transféré dans la cuve d'agitation (1) par l'intermédiaire du tuyau (24). Pour finir, comme le liquide (5) circule entre les cuves d'agitation (1 et 2) et que le liquide circule tout le temps compte tenu de la répétition des actions, aucune séparation ne se produit.

  【課題】 溶解しない成分が混入している液体の撹拌装置を提供する。 【解決手段】撹拌槽1の電磁バルブ22をオン、撹拌槽2の電磁バルブ22をオフにすると、撹拌槽1内のエア圧が上がり、撹拌槽1内の液体5は配管24を介して撹拌槽2内に送り込まれる。撹拌槽2内の液体5の量が上限値になると、撹拌槽1の電磁バルブ22をオフ、撹拌槽2の電磁バルブ22をオンとする。すると、今度は撹拌槽2内の液体5が配管24を介して撹拌槽1内に送り込まれ、結局この動作を繰り返すことで、撹拌槽1、2間で液体5の循環が行われ、常に液体は流動しているので分離することがない。
