The detachment device detaches an annular rubber member (11), which has been molded on a molding surface (5a) with an annular base member (10) bonded to the radially inward edge (11d) thereof, from the molding surface (5a) after molding. The detachment device comprises a receiving member (51) on which the molding surface (5a) is set and a holding section (50) that holds the base member (10) at least during detachment. In the receiving member (51), of the radially outward edge (51c) and the radially inward edge (51d), the one closer to where the base member (10) is disposed is set to be the movable edge (51d) and the other to be the fixed edge (51c). The movable edge (51d) is configured to be at a specified molding position (p1) during molding and to be movable during detachment to a detachment position (p2) that is further away from the annular rubber member (11) in the axial direction (CL) than the molding position (p1).

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de séparation qui sépare d'une surface de moulage (5a), après le moulage, un élément annulaire en caoutchouc (11) qui a été moulé sur la surface de moulage (5a), un élément de base annulaire (10) étant relié à son bord radialement intérieur (11d). Le dispositif de séparation comprend un élément de réception (51), sur lequel la surface de moulage (5a) est posée, et une section de maintien (50) qui maintient l'élément de base (10) au moins pendant la séparation. Dans l'élément de réception (51), celui du bord radialement extérieur (51c) et du bord radialement intérieur (51d), qui est le plus près de l'endroit où l'élément de base (10) est disposé, est choisi pour être le bord mobile (51d) et l'autre pour être le bord fixe (51c). Le bord mobile (51d) est conçu pour être dans une position de moulage spécifiée (p1) pendant le moulage et pour être mobile pendant la séparation à une position de séparation (p2) qui est plus éloignée de l'élément annulaire en caoutchouc (11) dans la direction axiale (CL) que la position de moulage (p1).
