(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la fabrication d'un module solaire à couche mince (1) présentant une couche de contact arrière structurée, cette couche de contact arrière structurée étant formée d'une couche métallique arrière (9) de grande surface et en particulier sur toute la surface, par ablation par laser (A), la couche métallique arrière étant pourvue, avant l'étape d'ablation par laser, d'une couche de couplage laser (11; 13) et/ou d'une structure de couplage laser.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dünnschicht-Solarmoduls (1) mit einer strukturierten Rückseiten-Kontaktschicht,wobei die strukturierte Rückseiten-Kontaktschicht aus einer großflächigen, insbesonderevollflächigen, Rückseiten-Metallschicht (9) mittels Laserablation (A) gebildet wird, wobei die Rückseiten-Metallschicht vor dem Laserablationsschritt mit einer Laserstrahl-Einkopplungsschicht (11;13) und/oder Einkopplungsstruktur versehen wird.
