Siebsystem mit einem Siebbelag (2) und wenigstens einem Schwingungserzeuger (3), wobei der Siebbelag (2) mindestens eine Lage eine sSiebgewebes aufweist, wobei die mindestens eine Lage des Siebgewebes aus Metalldrähten gebildet ist, wobei die mindestens eines Lage des Siebgewebes mit einem Schwingungsübertrager (5, 6) verbunden ist, welcher mit einem Schwingungserzeuger (3) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Metalldrähte wenigstens eines Siebgewebes innerhalb einer Siebfläche des Siebbelags (2) stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die mindestens eine Lage des Siebgewebes stoffschlüssig mit einem Schwingungsübertrager (5) verbunden ist und wobei der Schwingungserzeuger mit einer Frequenz von 30 bis 38 kHz schwingt.

The invention relates to a screen system with a screen lining (2) and at least one vibration generator (3). The screen lining (2) has at least one screen fabric layer, said at least one screen fabric layer being made of metal wires. The at least one screen fabric layer is connected to a vibration transmitter (5, 6) which is coupled to a vibration generator (3), and the metal wires of at least one screen fabric are bonded to one another within a screen surface of the screen lining (2). The at least one screen fabric layer is bonded to a vibration transmitter (5), and the vibration generator vibrates at a frequency of 30 to 38 kHz.

L'invention concerne un système de tamisage comprenant une toile de tamisage (2) et au moins un générateur de vibrations (3), la toile de tamisage (2) comportant au moins une couche d'une gaze métallique. La ou les couches de la gaze métallique sont composées de fils métalliques et sont reliées à un transmetteur de vibrations (5, 6), lequel est couplé à un générateur de vibrations (3). Les fils métalliques d'au moins une gaze métallique sont reliés ensemble par liaison de matière à l'intérieur d'une surface de tamisage de la toile de tamisage (2).
