Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Gießrad (1) zur Herstellung von Strängen aus Metallen oder Metalllegierungen, welches eine umfangsseitige Gießkehle (2) aufweist, die auf einer Teillänge von einem umlaufenden Band (11) begrenzt ist, wobei eine unterhalb der Gießkehle (2) angeordnete Sohle (3) dafür vorgesehen ist, mit einer Kühlflüssigkeit gekühlt zu werden. Die der Gießkehle (2) abgewandte Innenseite (7) der Sohle (3) weist eine Profilierung (6) auf, die eine Profilhöhe von 0,5 bis 6 mm besitzt.

The present invention relates to a casting wheel (1) for producing strands of metals or metal alloys, said casting wheel (1) having a circumferential casting channel (2) which is bounded over a part length by a circumferential strip (11), wherein a foot (3) arranged beneath the casting channel (2) is provided to be cooled with a cooling liquid. The inner side (7), facing away from the casting channel (2), of the foot (3) has profiling (6) which has a profile height of 0.5 to 6 mm.

La présente invention concerne une roue de coulée (1), destinée à la production de barres de coulée à base de métaux ou d'alliages métalliques, qui présente sur sa circonférence une gorge de coulée (2) qui est limitée à une longueur partielle par une bande périphérique (11). Une sole (3) disposée à l'intérieur de la gorge de coulée (2) est conçue pour être refroidie par un liquide de refroidissement. Le côté intérieur (7) de la sole (3) opposé à la gorge de coulée (2) présente un profilage (6) qui présente une hauteur de profil de 0,5 à 6 mm.
