Abstract:
(EN) A method of using the synergy of multiple depressants to improve the depression of iron sulphide without compromising the recovery of the valuable sulphide minerals in the flotation of non-ferrous metal sulphides, while reducing or eliminating the use of environmentally problematic chemicals such as polyamines. The method has significant economic and environmental benefits. The multiple depressants comprise at least one organic polymer, at least one sulphur-containing compound and/or at least one nitrogen-containing organic compound.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé utilisant la synergie de multiples déprimants pour améliorer la dépression du sulfure de fer sans nuire à la récupération des minéraux sulfurés précieux en flottation de sulfures métalliques non ferreux, tout en réduisant ou en éliminant l'utilisation de produits chimiques posant des problèmes d'environnement, tels que les polyamines. Le procédé présente des avantages économiques et écologiques considérables. Les multiples déprimants comprennent au moins un polymère organique, au moins un composé soufré et/ou au moins un composé organique azoté.
