Abstract

A mobile communication device (130) that is outfitted with motion detection mechanisms is used to construct a viewport (124, 124') on audio-visual data. As the communication device (130) is moved along a spatial trajectory (142), the viewport (124, 124') is positioned accordingly. A virtual space can be constructed such that the spatial trajectory is mapped into the virtual space and the user can navigate the virtual space by suitable movement of the communication device. Accordingly, a user can use natural body movements to navigate the virtual space through the viewport.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de communication mobile (130) équipé de mécanismes de détection de mouvements, qui est utilisé pour construire une fenêtre d'affichage (124, 124') sur des données audiovisuelles. Alors que le dispositif de communication (130) est déplacé le long d'une trajectoire spatiale (142), la fenêtre d'affichage (124, 124') est positionnée en conséquence. Un espace virtuel peut être construit de telle sorte que la trajectoire spatiale est cartographiée dans l'espace virtuel et que l'utilisateur peut naviguer dans l'espace virtuel par un mouvement adéquat du dispositif de communication.
