Abstract

The present invention relates to a pinless hinge mechanism 1500 comprising an engagement member 1522 and a leadthrough 1512 integrally formed with a support member (not shown), the leadthrough 1512 comprising a pin member 1516 having a closed end 1518 being insertable into the engagement member 1522 for creating a pivotal connection therebetween. The closed end 1518 provides more rigidity to the pivotal connection, making the pivotal connection more reliable, and accordingly, the leadthrough 1512 is more likely to comply with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements.

La présente invention porte sur un mécanisme de charnière sans goupille 1500, lequel mécanisme comprend un élément de prise 1522 et un plot traversant 1512 formé d'un seul tenant avec un élément de support (non représenté), le plot traversant 1512 comprenant un élément broche 1516 ayant une extrémité fermée 1518 qui peut être insérée dans l'élément de prise 1522 pour créer un raccord pivotant entre ceux-ci. L'extrémité fermée 1518 communique une plus grande rigidité au raccord pivotant, rendant le raccord pivotant plus fiable, et, par conséquent, le plot traversant 1512 est plus susceptible de s'adapter à des exigences de compatibilité électromagnétique (EMC).
