Disclosed is an insulation resistance measurement device that can self-diagnose a failure. In the insulation resistance measurement device having a failure self-diagnosis function according to the present invention, a diagnostic circuit is formed through a first insulation resistance measurement part and a second insulation resistance measurement part that are respectively connected to a positive electrode terminal and a negative terminal of a battery, and a control unit is included that can determine whether there is a failure of the insulation resistance measurement device by using a circuit equation derived from a first and second diagnosis voltage and the diagnostic circuit. According to the present invention, whether there is a failure with an insulation resistance measurement device of a battery can be diagnosed.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d'une résistance d'isolement capable d'auto-diagnostiquer une défaillance. Le dispositif de mesure d'une résistance d'isolement doté d'une fonction d'autodiagnostic de défaillance de l'invention comprend un circuit de diagnostic formé d'une première partie de mesure de résistance d'isolement et d'une seconde partie de mesure de résistance d'isolement connectées respectivement à la borne d'électrode positive et à la borne négative d'une batterie, et une unité de contrôle capable de déterminer si le dispositif de mesure de résistance d'isolement est défaillant au moyen d'une équation de circuit dérivée d'une première et d'une seconde tension de diagnostic et du circuit de diagnostic. Grâce à la présente invention, la défaillance d'un dispositif de mesure de résistance d'isolement d'une batterie peut être diagnostiquée.

본 발명은 고장 여부를 자가 진단할 수 있는 절연 저항 측정 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 고장 자가 진단 기능을 구비한 절연 저항 측정 장치는, 배터리의 양극 단자 및 음극 단자에 각각 연결되는 제1 절연 저항 측정부 및 제2 절연 저항 측정부를 통해 진단 회로를 형성하고, 제1 및 제2 진단 전압과 상기 진단 회로로부터 유도되는 회로 방적식을 이용하여 절연 저항 측정 장치의 고장 여부를 판단하는 제어부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 배터리의 절연 저항을 측정하는 장치의 고장 여부를 진단할 수 있다.
