The present invention relates to a reinforced glass sheet-cutting method for cutting by irradiating a reinforced glass sheet (10) with laser light. This reinforced glass sheet-cutting method is provided with: a step for cutting out a first panel by scanning the laser light along a first intended cutting line (35a) based on the shape of a design; a step for measuring the dimensions of the first panel that has been cut out to determine a first dimensional error (Δ1); a step for determining a second intended cutting line (35b) by correcting the first intended cutting line (35a) on the basis of the first dimensional error (Δ1); and a step for cutting out a second panel by scanning the laser light along the second intended cutting line (35b). As a result, it is possible to limit dimensional errors of the resultant reinforced glass panel.

Cette invention concerne un procédé de découpe d'une feuille de verre armé, qui procède à la découpe par irradiation d'une lumière laser sur une feuille de verre armé (10), ledit procédé de découpe d'une feuille de verre armé comprenant : une étape de découpe d'un premier panneau par passage de la lumière laser le long d'une première ligne de coupe voulue (35a) basée sur la forme du modèle ; une étape de mesure des dimensions du premier panneau qui a été découpé pour déterminer une première erreur dimensionnelle Δ1 ; une étape de détermination d'une seconde ligne de coupe voulue (35b) par correction de la première ligne de coupe voulue (35a) en fonction de la première erreur dimensionnelle Δ1 ; et une étape de découpe d'un second panneau par passage de la lumière laser le long d'une seconde ligne de coupe prévue (35b). En conséquence, il est possible de limiter les erreurs dimensionnelles du verre armé qui est découpé.

 本発明は、強化ガラス板10に、レーザ光を照射して切断する強化ガラス板の切断方法に関する。本発明における強化ガラス板の切断方法は、設計形状に基づく第1の切断予定線35aに沿って、レーザ光を走査することにより、第1のパネルを切り出すステップと、切り出された第1のパネルの寸法を測定し、第1の寸法誤差Δ1を求めるステップと、第1の寸法誤差Δ1に基づいて、第1の切断予定線35aを補正することにより、第2の切断予定線35bを決定するステップと、第2の切断予定線35bに沿って、レーザ光を走査することにより、第2のパネルを切り出すステップと、を備える。これにより、切り出された強化ガラスパネルの寸法不良を抑制することができる。
