Disclosed is a PWM circuit, comprising: a PWM counter, a reference value setting register, a frequency multiplier, and a comparator. The frequency multiplier is used for improving a frequency of an input clock signal and outputting the frequency to the PWM counter. Further disclosed is an LED drive circuit. A frequency of a PWM input clock signal is improved by N times through the frequency multiplier, so that a counting period of the PWM counter is reduced to 1/N of an original period. In a dynamic LED display screen, a refreshing frequency can be improved by N times, and the original resolution can be maintained at the same time.

L'invention concerne un circuit à modulation de largeur d'impulsions (PWM) comprenant : un compteur PWM, un registre de définition de valeur de référence, un multiplicateur de fréquence et un comparateur. Le multiplicateur de fréquence est utilisé pour améliorer une fréquence d'un signal d'horloge d'entrée et fournir la fréquence au compteur PWM. L'invention concerne en outre un circuit d'attaque pour DEL. Une fréquence d'un signal d'horloge d'entrée est multipliée par N par le multiplicateur de fréquence, de telle sorte qu'une période de comptage du compteur PWM est réduite à 1/N d'une période originale. Dans un écran d'affichage dynamique à DEL, une fréquence de rafraîchissement peut être augmentée N fois et la résolution originale peut simultanément être maintenue.
