(EN)A method for continuous High Internal Phase Emulsion (HIPE) foam production. A HIPE is produced then extruded onto a belt (20). After polymerization, a portion of the saturated aqueous phase is removed using a vacuum box (52). A nip insert (50) is inserted under the vacuum box (52) to raise the vacuum box (52) leading to improved uniformity of the HIPE in the cross direction along the belt (20).
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production continue d'une mousse d'émulsion à haute phase interne (HIPE). Une HIPE est produite puis extrudée sur une courroie (20). Après la polymérisation, une partie de la phase aqueuse saturée est éliminée au moyen d'une caisse à vide (52). Un élément rapporté à ligne de pincement (50) est inséré sous la caisse à vide (52) pour élever la caisse à vide (52) ce qui produit ainsi à une meilleure uniformité de l'HIPE dans la direction transversale le long de la courroie (20).
