A method for generating an image of a region of interest in a biological sample comprising the steps of: generating a first image including the region of interest of the biological sample having undergone a first protocol but not a second protocol; and generating a second image including the region of interest of the biological sample after having undergone a second protocol; wherein the region of interest is smaller than said sample. Also provided is a method of analyzing a biological sample, comprising providing an image of the biological sample according to the method for generating an image of a region of interest in a biological sample, and analyzing the biological sample from the image. Further provided are system and kit that comprise the means for executing the novel methods.

L'invention concerne un procédé de génération d'une image d'une région d'intérêt dans un échantillon biologique, comprenant les étapes de : génération d'une première image comprenant la région d'intérêt de l'échantillon biologique ayant subi un premier protocole mais pas un second protocole; et génération d'une seconde image comprenant la région d'intérêt de l'échantillon biologique après avoir subi un second protocole; la région d'intérêt étant plus petite que ledit échantillon. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon biologique, comprenant l'apport d'une image de l'échantillon biologique selon le procédé de génération d'une image d'une région d'intérêt dans un échantillon biologique, et l'analyse de l'échantillon biologique à partir de l'image. L'invention concerne en outre un système et une trousse qui comprend les moyens pour la mise en œuvre des nouveaux procédés.
