Abstract:
(EN) A method for controlling transfer of network traffic of network resources (12a, b, c, d. e) comprising a first radio base station (12a) having a first transport link (18a), and a second radio base station (12b) having a second transport link (16b), of a wireless communications system (10), the method comprising: -performing (22) radio access network, RAN, handling, wherein the RAN handling comprises: -analyzing (23) transport link characteristics of the transport links (16a, 16b); -selecting (24) transport Sink (16a, 16b) based on the analysis of the characteristics of the transport links (16a, 16b) available for network traffic using a network resource controller (19) configured to control the network resources (12a, b, c, d, e). There is also provided an apparatus (18) for performing the method. In this way there Is provided a method and apparatus for controlling transfer of network traffic taking the different and varying transport characteristics of individual transport links of different radio base stations and radio access technologies into account
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande de transfert de trafic réseau de ressources de réseau (12a, b, c, d, e) comprenant une première station de base radio (12a) ayant une première liaison de transport (18a) et une seconde station de base radio (12b) ayant une seconde liaison de transport (16b) d'un système de communication sans fil (10), le procédé consistant à effectuer (22) une opération de gestion d'un réseau d'accès radio (RAN), ladite opération gestion de RAN consistant à : analyser (23) des caractéristiques de liaison de transport des liaisons de transport (16a, 16b), et à sélectionner (24) une liaison de transport (16a, 16b) sur la base de l'analyse des caractéristiques des liaisons de transport (16a, 16b) disponibles pour du trafic réseau à l'aide d'un contrôleur de ressources de réseau (19) configuré pour commander les ressources de réseau (12a, b, c, d, e). Un appareil (18) servant à mettre en œuvre ledit procédé est également décrit. On obtient ainsi un procédé et un appareil pour commander un transfert de trafic réseau en prenant en considération les caractéristiques de transport différentes et variables des liaisons de transport individuelles de différentes stations de base radio et de différentes technologies d'accès radio.
