Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to equipment for the petroleum industry, in particular to autonomous devices for supplying a reagent to a well and metering said reagent into extracted liquid. The technical result consists in multiply increasing the capacity of a device without increasing the weight of said device in order to increase the length of time for which reagent is metered into the well fluid. The device consists of cylindrical containers (1) filled with a reagent and having end stoppers (2) and (3), which are connected by connecting pipes (10), and metering devices (9), which are in communication with mixing chambers (13) and are hydraulically connected to the well. A shaft (5) with threaded ends (6) screwed into axial threaded openings (4) in the end stoppers (2) and (3) is mounted in each container. The metering device (9) is formed in the upper part of the shaft (5) in the form of an axial channel (7) and radial openings (8) communicating with said channel, while the mixing chambers (13) are arranged inside the connecting pipe (10). (FR) L'invention concerne des équipements d'extraction pétrolière et notamment des dispositifs autonomes pour amener un réactif dans un puits et le doser dans le liquide à extraire. Elle permet un accroissement multiple du volume du dispositif sans augmentation de son poids, et ce pour prolonger la durée de dosage du réactif dans le liquide de puits de forage. Le dispositif est constitué de récipients cylindriques (1) remplis de réactif et munis de bouchons d'extrémité (2) et (3), qui sont reliés par des manchons (10), et de doseurs (9) qui communiquent avec les chambres de mélange (13) reliées par voie hydraulique au puits de forage. Chaque récipient comprend un arbre (5) avec des extrémités filetées (6) vissées dans des orifices filetés (4) axiaux des bouchons d'extrémité (2) et (3). Le doseur (9) est formé dans la partie supérieure de l'arbre (5) et a la forme d'un canal axial (7) et d'orifices radiaux (8) communiquant avec lui, les chambres de mélange (13) étant réalisées à l'intérieur des manchons (10). -
(RU) Изобретение относится к нефтепромысловому оборудованию, в частности, к автономным устройствам для доставки реагента в скважину и его дозирования в добываемую жидкость. Технический результат - кратное увеличение вместимости устройства без возрастания его веса для повышения продолжительности дозирования реагента в скважинную жидкость. Устройство состоит из заполненных реагентом цилиндрических контейнеров (1) с торцевыми заглушками (2) и (3), соединенных муфтами (10), и дозаторов (9), сообщающихся с камерами смешения (13), гидравлически связанных со скважиной. В каждом контейнере установлен вал (5) с резьбовыми окончаниями (6), завинченными в осевые резьбовые отверстия (4) торцевых заглушек (2) и (3). Дозатор (9) выполнен в верхней части вала (5) в виде осевого канала (7) и сообщающихся с ним радиальных отверстий (8), а камеры смешения (13) расположены внутри муфт (10). 2 з.п. ф-лы; 1 ил.
