Title: INTEGRATED COMBUSTION BOILER APPARATUS FOR PYROLYZING AND GASIFYING SOLID FUEL PRODUCTS
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated combustion boiler apparatus for pyrolyzing and gasifying solid fuel products. The apparatus comprises: combustion means having a combustion chamber and a pyrolyzing/gasifying rotary grate including a conical step shape having a step-shaped outer circumference and installed on the bottom of the combustion chamber so as to rotate in place, the combustion means pyrolyzing/gasifying solid fuel to facilitate combustion by tornado flames in an upper portion of the combustion means; fuel supply means including a vertical screw conveyor that penetrates through the bottom of the combustion chamber and the interior of the rotary grate and is installed up to the peak of the rotary grate, the fuel supply means supplying the solid fuel to an outer circumference of the rotary grate through the bottom of the combustion chamber; and heat recovery means including multiple pipes arranged inside an upper wall of the combustion chamber and inside a wall of an exhaust pipe extending from the upper wall of the combustion chamber so as to form a fluid flow channel, the heat recovery means being formed integrally with a combustion device so as to produce high temperature combustion gas in a great amount of energy, the combustion device enabling the heat recovery means to absorb heat from the upper portion of the combustion chamber and inside the exhaust pipe to recover high temperature energy.
