(EN) The present invention pertains to a method and device for preserving mobility information in terminal state transition and effectively re-accessing in a heterogeneous cell network in a mobile communication system. A method for estimating a mobility state of a terminal in a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving, by the terminal, system information from a serving cell during an idle state; calculating mobility state information by using the received system information; storing the mobility state information; and transmitting the mobility state information to a base station when the terminal is connected to the base station. According to one embodiment of the present invention, when an idle state of a terminal is changed to a connection state in a mobile communication system, a mobility state of the terminal can be more effectively estimated.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif adaptés pour préserver des données de mobilité lors d'une transition d'état d'un terminal, et pour réussir une nouvelle tentative d'accès dans un réseau cellulaire hétérogène dans un système de communication mobile. Un procédé adapté pour estimer un état de mobilité d'un terminal dans un système de communication mobile selon l'un des modes de réalisation de la présente invention peut comprendre les étapes consistant : à recevoir, par le terminal, des informations système, d'une cellule de desserte, durant un état de repos ; à calculer des données d'état de mobilité au moyen des informations système reçues ; à enregistrer les données d'état de mobilité ; et à transmettre les données d'état de mobilité à une station de base quand le terminal est connecté à la station de base. Selon l'un des modes de réalisation de la présente invention, quand un état de repos d'un terminal est commuté à un état de connexion dans un système de communication mobile, un état de mobilité du terminal peut être estimé de façon plus efficace.
