The present invention relates to a multi-story parking garage for parking vehicles on multiple stories, and more specifically, to a multi-story parking garage in which a plurality of vehicles may be parked using a small-scaled site while allowing for the site to relocated after parking. The multi-story parking garage of the present invention comprises: a multi- story parking strip including a first stage parking plate, a second stage parking plate which is connected to the first stage parking plate via a connection member and positioned on the upper side of the first stage parking plate, and a third stage parking plate which is connected to the second stage parking plate via a connection member and positioned on the upper side of the second stage parking plate; a lifting and lowering means which is installed underground so as to lift and lower the multi-story parking strip and operates the multi-story parking strip to lift and lower between the lowest lifting position, where the third stage parking plate is located on the same plane surface as the ground surface, and the highest lifting position, where the first stage parking plate is located on the same plane surface as the ground surface; four guide rods vertically mounted on the corner sides of the multi-story parking strip so as to guide the lifting and lowering of the multi-story parking strip; a chain fixed between the upper end and the lower end of each of the guide rods; and a guide means which is connected to the lower portion of the first stage parking plate and includes a saw-toothed block provided with a saw-toothed wheel to engage the chain to rotate according to the lifting and lowering of the multi-layered parking strip.

La présente invention porte sur un garage de stationnement à étages multiples pour stationner des véhicules sur de multiples étages, et, de façon plus spécifique, sur un garage de stationnement à étages multiples dans lequel une pluralité de véhicules peuvent être stationnés à l'aide d'un site de petite taille tout en permettant au site d'être repositionné après le stationnement. Le garage de stationnement à étages multiples selon la présente invention comprend : une bande de stationnement à étages multiples comprenant une plaque de stationnement de premier étage, une plaque de stationnement de deuxième étage qui est reliée à la plaque de stationnement de premier étage par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de liaison et positionnée sur le côté supérieur de la plaque de stationnement de premier étage, et une plaque de stationnement de troisième étage, qui est reliée à la plaque de stationnement de deuxième étage par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de liaison et positionnée sur le côté supérieur de la plaque de stationnement de deuxième étage ; un moyen d'élévation et d'abaissement qui est installé sous le sol de façon à élever et à abaisser la bande de stationnement à étages multiples et qui actionne la bande de stationnement à étages multiples de façon à effectuer une élévation et un abaissement entre la position d'élévation la plus basse, à laquelle la plaque de stationnement de troisième étage est située sur la même surface plane que la surface du sol, et la position d'élévation la plus élevée, à laquelle la plaque de stationnement de premier étage est située sur la même surface plane que la surface du sol ; quatre tiges de guidage montées verticalement sur les côtés de coin de la bande de stationnement à étages multiples de façon à guider l'élévation et l'abaissement de la bande de stationnement à étages multiples ; une chaîne fixée entre l'extrémité supérieure et l'extrémité inférieure de chacune des tiges de guidage ; et un moyen de guidage qui est relié à la partie inférieure de la plaque de stationnement de premier étage et qui comprend un bloc à dents de scie comportant une roue à dents de scie pour venir en prise avec la chaîne afin de tourner en fonction de l'élévation et de l'abaissement de la bande de stationnement à étages multiples.

본 발명은 다층으로 자동차를 주차시킬 수 있는 다층 주차 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 적은 부지를 이용하여 복수대의 자동차를 주차시킬 수 있음과 동시에, 주차 후에는 이동 부지로 활용할 수 있는 다층 주차 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 다층 주차 장치를 이루는 구성수단은, 1단 주차판, 상기 1단 주차판과 연결부재로 연결되어 상기 1단 주차판의 상측에 위치하는 2단 주차판 및 상기 2단 주차판과 연결부재로 연결되어 상기 2단 주차판의 상측에 위치하는 3단 주차판을 포함하여 구성되는 다층 주차대, 상기 다층 주차대를 승하강시키기 위하여 지하에설치되되, 상기 3단 주차판이 지면과 동일 평면상에 위치하는 최저 승강 위치와 상기 1단 주차판이 지면과 동일 평면상에 위치하는 최고 승강 위치 사이에서 상기 다층 주차대가 승하강되도록 구동하는 승하강 수단, 상기 다층 주차대의 승하강을 가이드하기 위하여, 상기 다층 주차대의 모서리 측에 수직하게 설치되는 네개의 가이드봉, 상기 각 가이드봉의 상단과 하단 사이에 고정 설치되는 체인, 상기 1단 주차판 하부에 연결되되, 상기 다층 주차대가 승하강함에 따라 상기 체인에 맞물려서 회전하는 톱니바퀴를 구비하는 톱니 블럭을 포함하여 구성되는 가이드수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
