A method and apparatus for measuring a neighbor cell in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The method for measuring a neighbor cell by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes: receiving subframe information including a subframe pattern for neighbor cell measurement; performing synchronization acquisition from the neighbor cell; and performing measurement in a subframe corresponding to the subframe pattern, wherein the user equipment (UE) assumes that a signal required when the UE acquires synchronization from the neighbor cell is transmitted in a subframe corresponding to the subframe pattern.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de mesure d'une cellule voisine dans un système de communication sans fil. Le procédé de mesure d'une cellule voisine par un équipement utilisateur (UE) dans un système de communication sans fil consiste à : recevoir des informations de sous-trame comprenant un modèle de sous-trame pour une mesure de cellule voisine ; réaliser une acquisition de synchronisation à partir de la cellule voisine ; et réaliser une mesure dans une sous-trame correspondant au modèle de sous-trame, l'équipement utilisateur (UE) supposant qu'un signal requis lorsque l'UE acquiert une synchronisation à partir de la cellule voisine est émis dans une sous-trame correspondant au modèle de sous-trame.
