Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for in vitro expansion of mature erythroid cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for obtaining concentrated erythrocytes by culturing erythroid cells at high density so as to allow the cells to physically and directly come in contact with each other. Particularly, the method of the present invention is very useful in that it is possible to obtain a large amount of clinically useful concentrated erythrocytes through a small container such as a test tube-sized bioreactor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'expansion in vitro de cellules érythroïdes. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'obtention de globules rouges concentrés par la culture de cellules érythroïdes à une densité élevée afin de permettre aux cellules de venir en contact physiquement et directement les unes avec les autres. En particulier, le procédé selon la présente invention est très utile en ce qu'il permet d'obtenir une grande quantité de globules rouges concentrés utiles cliniquement à travers un petit récipient tel d'un bioréacteur de la taille d'une éprouvette.
(KO) 본 발명은 성숙 적혈구 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 세포 간 물리적으로 직접 접촉되도록 적혈구 세포를 고밀도로 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 농축된 적혈구의 수득 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명의 방법은 시험관 규모의 바이오리액터의 작은 용기를 통해서 임상적으로 유용한 농축된 적혈구를 대량 수득할 수 있는 점이 매우 유용하다.
