Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method capable of dividing the surface of a measuring unit of a CMOS image sensor into a plurality of pixels, directly fixing a bioreceptor on the surface of the measuring unit of the CMOS image sensor, and measuring a chemical luminescence signal according to the density of a substance to be measured, so as to analyze the substance to be measured, and to a CMOS image sensor applied to same.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé capable de diviser la surface d'une unité de mesure d'un capteur d'image CMOS en une pluralité de pixels, de fixer directement un biorécepteur sur la surface de l'unité de mesure du capteur d'image CMOS, et de mesurer un signal de luminescence chimique en fonction de la densité de la substance à mesurer, de façon à analyser ladite substance à mesurer, et un capteur d'image CMOS associé.
(KO) 본 발명은 CMOS 이미지 센서의 측정부의 표면을 복수의 픽셀로 구분하고 상기 CMOS 이미지 센서의 측정부의 표면에 바이오 리셉터를 직접 고정하여 측정 대상 물질의 농도에 따른 화학 발광 신호를 측정함으로써 측정 대상 물질을 분석할 수 있는 방법 및 이에 적용되는 CMOS 이미지 센서에 관한 것이다.
