Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides an organic siloxane resin composition capable of forming a membrane structure having excellent membrane characteristics by means of a low temperature and rapid hardening process. A process of forming a membrane structure from the organic siloxane resin composition according to the present invention may reduce time and cost by low temperature and rapid hardening, and obtain superior membrane hardness by forming a network structure during a hardening process. Furthermore, the prepared membrane structure has the advantages that the membrane structure has superior adhesion to an upper structure formed on the membrane structure and a lower structure formed beneath the membrane structure, and such an adhesion can be maintained even when the membrane structure is exposed to severe conditions such as high temperature, high humidity or the like over a long period of time. Furthermore, the present invention provides various electronic devices comprising a membrane structure as a protective membrane structure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine siloxane organique permettant la formation d'une structure de membrane présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de membrane au moyen d'un procédé à basse température et à durcissement rapide. Un procédé de formation d'une structure de membrane à partir de la composition de résine siloxane organique selon la présente invention peut réduire le temps et le coût par durcissement rapide à basse température, et obtenir une plus grande dureté de membrane par formation d'une structure de réseau au cours d'un processus de durcissement. En outre, la structure de la membrane préparée présente les avantages que la structure de membrane présente une adhésion supérieure par rapport à une structure supérieure formée sur la structure de membrane et une structure inférieure formée au-dessous de la structure de membrane, et une telle adhérence peut être maintenue même lorsque la structure de membrane est exposée à des conditions extrêmes telles que la température élevée, l'humidité élevée ou autre sur une longue période de temps. La présente invention concerne également divers dispositifs électroniques comprenant une structure de membrane sous la forme d'une structure de membrane de protection.
(KO) 본 발명은 저온·속성 경화 공정으로도 우수한 막 특성을 갖는 막 구조물을 형성할 수 있는 유기 실록산 수지 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 유기 실록산 수지 조성물로부터 막 구조물을 형성하는 공정에서는 저온 속성 경화로 시간 및 비용을 줄일 수 있고, 경화 과정에서 망상구조가 형성됨으로써 우수한 막 경도를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 제조된 막 구조물은 그 상층 및 하층 구조물과의 접착력이 우수하며, 이러한 접착력은 고온·고습 등 가혹한 환경에 장시간 노출된 경우에도 유지되는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 막 구조물을 보호막 구조물로 포함하는 각종 전자 소자를 제공한다.
