Abstract:
(EN) An aluminum alloy wire which has an alloy composition that contains 0.01-1.2 mass% Fe, 0.1-1.0 mass% Mg, and 0.1-1.0 mass% Si, the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities, the aluminum alloy wire having a crystal grain diameter of 1-30 µm and containing acicular Mg2Si precipitate grains dispersed therein at a population of 10-200 grains/µm2; and a process for producing the aluminum alloy wire. This aluminum alloy wire has sufficient conductivity and tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue resistance.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un fil en alliage d'aluminium qui présente une composition d'alliage qui contient une quantité de fer (Fe) comprise entre 0,01 et 1,2 % en masse, une quantité de magnésium (Mg) comprise entre 0,1 et 1,0 % en masse et une quantité de silicium (Si) comprise entre 0,1 et 1,0 % en masse, le reste étant de l'aluminium (Al) et des impuretés inévitables, le fil en alliage d'aluminium présentant un diamètre de grain cristallin compris entre 1 et 30 µm et contenant des grains aciculaires de précipité de Mg2Si qui sont dispersés dans ce dernier selon une population comprise entre 10 et 200 grains/µm2 ; et à un procédé permettant de fabriquer le fil en alliage d'aluminium. Le fil en alliage d'aluminium présente une conductivité et une résistance à la traction suffisantes ainsi qu'une excellente résistance à la fatigue par flexion.
(JA)  Feを0.01~1.2質量%、Mgを0.1~1.0質量%、及びSiを0.1~1.0質量%含有し、残部がAlと不可避的不純物からなる合金組成を有するアルミニウム合金線であって、結晶粒径が1~30μmであり、かつ該アルミニウム合金中のMgSi針状析出物の分散密度が10~200個/μmであるアルミニウム合金線、及びその製造方法。本発明のアルミニウム合金線とすることで、十分な導電率と引張強度を有し、耐屈曲疲労特性に優れたアルミニウム合金線を提供する。
