Abstract:
This semiconductor device is provided with a current control unit having variable conductance, and a control unit, which controls the conductance of the current control unit. The current control unit is connected to, in parallel to a load of a direct current power supply, the direct current power supply via a capacitor, and the control unit sets the conductance of the current control unit to first conductance in the cases where the direct current power supply and the load are not electrically connected to each other, and the control unit sets the conductance of the current control unit to second conductance that is higher than the first conductance in the cases where the direct current power supply and the load are electrically connected to each other.
