Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of widely expanding the light-absorption wavelength range without using a metallic complex dye, and capable of yielding exceptional photoelectric conversion characteristics; as well as to provide a method for manufacturing this dye-sensitized solar cell. The present invention is a dye-sensitized solar cell in which a porous metallic-oxide layer comprising metallic oxide particles is laminated on a transparent electroconductive layer of a substrate on which a transparent electroconductive layer has been formed, the dye-sensitized solar cell having a photoelectrode in which a sensitizing dye is supported on the porous metallic-oxide layer, wherein the sensitizing dye contains a cyanine-based organic dye and an indoline-skeleton-containing dye, the cyanine-based organic dye and indoline-skeleton-containing dye are supported in a plurality of levels on the porous metallic-oxide layer, and the cyanine-based organic dye is present in a higher concentration on the surface of the metal oxide particles than the indoline-skeleton-containing dye.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de fournir une cellule solaire sensibilisée par un colorant qui peut étendre largement la plage de longueur d'onde d'absorption de la lumière sans utiliser un colorant complexe métallique et peut présenter des caractéristiques de conversion photoélectrique exceptionnelles ; ainsi que de fournir un procédé de fabrication de cette cellule solaire sensibilisée par un colorant. La présente invention est une cellule solaire sensibilisée par un colorant, une couche d'oxyde métallique poreuse qui comprend des particules d'oxyde métallique, étant stratifiée sur une couche électroconductrice transparente d'un substrat sur lequel a été formée une couche électroconductrice transparente, la cellule solaire sensibilisée par un colorant comprenant une photoélectrode, un colorant de sensibilisation étant supporté sur la couche d'oxyde métallique poreuse, le colorant de sensibilisation contenant un colorant organique à base de cyanine et un colorant qui contient un squelette d'indoline, le colorant organique à base de cyanine et le colorant qui contient un squelette d'indoline, étant supportés sur une pluralité de niveaux sur la couche d'oxyde métallique poreuse et le colorant organique à base de cyanine étant présent en une concentration plus élevée sur la surface des particules d'oxyde métallique que ne l'est le colorant qui contient un squelette d'indoline.
(JA) 本発明は、金属錯体色素を用いずに、光吸収波長範囲を大幅に拡大させることが可能となり、優れた光電変換特性を実現することが可能な色素増感太陽電池及び色素増感太陽電池の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、透明導電層が形成された基板の前記透明導電層上に、金属酸化物粒子からなる金属酸化物多孔質層が積層され、前記金属酸化物多孔質層に増感色素が担持された光電極を有する色素増感太陽電池であって、前記増感色素は、シアニン系有機色素及びインドリン骨格含有色素を含有し、前記シアニン系有機色素及びインドリン骨格含有色素が多段階に金属酸化物多孔質層に担持されており、かつ、前記金属酸化物粒子の表面において、前記シアニン系有機色素が前記インドリン骨格含有色素よりも高い濃度で存在する色素増感太陽電池である。
