Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal panel, wherein: three rolls are prepared in which two optical laminate webs that include absorption type polarizing films and one optical laminate web that includes a reflective type polarizing film are respectively wound in a roll form; the optical laminate webs are fed off of these rolls and a sheet formed from one of the absorption type polarizing films by cutting at a desired dimension in the direction of web length is applied to the non-viewing side of a liquid crystal display panel; a reflective type polarizing film sheet that has been cut to the desired dimension in the direction of web length is applied to the absorption type polarizing film sheet such that the transmission axis of the absorption type polarizing film sheet and the transmission axis of the reflective type polarizing film sheet are parallel to each other; furthermore, the other absorption type polarizing film sheet that has been formed in the desired length in the direction of web length is applied to the viewing side of the liquid crystal display panel such that the transmission axis thereof is orthogonal to the transmission axis of the absorption type polarizing film sheet applied to the non-viewing side of the liquid crystal display panel.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de panneau de cristaux liquides, dans lequel : trois rouleaux sont préparés dans lesquels deux bandes stratifiées optiques qui comprennent des films de polarisation de type absorption et une bande stratifiée optique qui comprend un film polarisant de type réflexion sont respectivement roulées sous forme de rouleau ; les bandes stratifiées optiques sont alimentées par ces rouleaux et une feuille formée à partir de l'un des films polarisants de type absorption par coupe à une dimension désirée dans la direction de longueur de bande est appliquée au côté non observation d'un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides ; une feuille de film polarisant de type réflexion qui a été coupée à la dimension désirée dans la direction de longueur de bande est appliquée à la feuille de film polarisant de type absorption de telle sorte que l'axe d'émission de la feuille de film polarisant de type absorption et l'axe d'émission de la feuille de film polarisant de type réflexion sont parallèles l'un à l'autre ; de plus, l'autre feuille de film polarisant de type absorption qui a été formée dans la longueur désirée dans la direction de longueur de bande est appliquée au côté observation du panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides de telle sorte que l'axe d'émission de celle-ci est orthogonal à l'axe d'émission de la feuille de film polarisant de type absorption appliquée au côté non observation du panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides.
