Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a pinhole testing device for a porous hollow fiber membrane that is capable of improving workability when the hollow fiber membrane is set onto the pinhole testing device. A pinhole testing device (17) comprises a water tank (19), an air blowing unit (21) that blows air at a porous hollow fiber membrane (H) passing through the water tank (19), and a current applying unit (23) disposed on a downstream side of the air blowing unit (21). The current applying unit (23) includes one pair of hook-shaped electrodes (29 and 31) which are arranged with a predetermined gap on a transport path of one porous hollow fiber membrane (H), and the porous hollow fiber membrane transported toward the downstream side can be hooked onto the one pair of electrodes.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif de test de trou d'épingle pour une membrane à fibres creuses poreuse, lequel dispositif est apte à améliorer l'aptitude au travail quand la membrane à fibres creuses est disposée sur le dispositif de test de trou d'épingle. Un dispositif de test de trou d'épingle (17) comprend un réservoir d'eau (19), une unité de soufflage d'air (21) qui souffle de l'air sur une membrane à fibres creuses poreuse (H) traversant le réservoir d'eau (19), et une unité d'application de courant (23) disposée sur un côté aval de l'unité de soufflage d'air (21). L'unité d'application de courant (23) comprend une paire d'électrodes en forme de crochet (29 et 31) qui sont disposées avec un espace prédéterminé sur un trajet de transport d'une membrane à fibres creuses poreuse (H), et la membrane à fibres creuses poreuse transportée vers le côté aval peut être accrochée sur la paire d'électrodes.
