Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides high-strength and high-ductility metal cable and electrical wire in which the strength and ductility have been adequately increased. A metal cable (1) is manufactured, at a minimum, by performing a drawing process in which a metallic material (2) is drawn uniaxially. The metal cable (1) is provided with hardness distribution in which the hardness decreases from a center portion toward a specific circumferential portion in a specific radial direction in an axially perpendicular cross section, facilitating drawing of a softened circumferential portion, minimizing the incidence of cracks or the like, and improving tensile strength as well as ductility.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un câble métallique de haute résistance et haute ductilité et un fil électrique dans lequel la résistance mécanique et la ductilité ont été améliorées de façon adéquate. Un câble métallique (1) est fabriqué, à un minimum, par exécution d'une opération d'étirage dans laquelle un matériau métallique (2) est étiré dans un mode uniaxial. Le câble métallique (1) présente une distribution de dureté dans laquelle la dureté décroît d'une partie centrale vers une partie circonférentielle spécifique, dans une direction radiale spécifique, dans une coupe transversale axialement perpendiculaire, en facilitant l'étirage d'une partie circonférentielle ramollie, en réduisant à un minimum l'incidence des fissurations ou analogues et en améliorant la résistance à la traction ainsi que la ductilité.
(JA) 強度のみならず延性も十分に高められた高強度かつ高延性の金属線材及び電線を提供する。金属線材1は、材料金属2を一軸方向に引き伸ばす伸線加工を少なくとも施して製造され、軸直交断面において、中心部から特定径方向の特定周辺部に向かって硬度が低下した硬度分布を備えたことで、軟化した周辺部が延びやすくて亀裂等が生じにくくなり、これによって引張強度のみならず延性を向上させることができる。
