Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing mold steel which involves: a first step for preparing a molten vacuum-refined steel (A) which has a component composition of C:0.005-0.1 mass%, Ni:1.0-5.0 mass%, Cr:3.0-8.0 mass%, Mo: greater than 0 and less than or equal to 2.0 mass%, Cu: greater than 0 and less than or equal to 3.5 mass%, and Al: greater than 0 and less than or equal to 2.0 mass%, with the O content being 0.005 mass% or less, and the N content being 0.03 mass% or less; a second step for slag refining the molten steel (A), reducing the O content and N content in the molten steel (A) to obtain a molten steel (B); and a third step for casting the molten steel (B).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'un acier de moulage qui consiste en: une première étape de préparation d'un acier en fusion affiné sous vide (a) qui a une composition de composants de C: 0,005 à 0,1% en masse, Ni : 1,0 à 5,0% en masse, Cr: 3,0 à 8,0% en masse, Mo : supérieure à 0 et inférieure ou égale à 2,0% en masse, Cu: supérieur à 0 et inférieur ou égal à 3,5% en masse, et Al: supérieur à 0 et inférieur ou égal à 2,0% en masse, avec la teneur en O étant de 0,005% en masse ou moins, et la teneur en N étant de 0,03% en masse ou moins; une deuxième étape pour des scories affinant de l'acier en fusion (A), réduisant la teneur en O et la teneur en N dans l'acier en fusion (A) pour obtenir un acier fondu (B); et une troisième étape pour la coulée de l'acier en fusion (B).
(JA)  本発明では、真空精錬された後の溶鋼であって、C:0.005~0.1質量%、Ni:1.0~5.0質量%、Cr:3.0~8.0質量%、Mo:0超2.0質量%以下、Cu:0超3.5質量%以下、およびAl:0超2.0質量%以下を含み、Oの量が0.005質量%以下であり、Nの量が0.03質量%以下である成分組成を有する溶鋼Aを準備する第1工程と、前記溶鋼Aをスラグ精錬して該溶鋼A中のOの量およびNの量をそれぞれ低減させて溶鋼Bを得る第2工程と、前記溶鋼Bを鋳造する第3工程と、を有する金型用鋼材の製造方法が提供される。
