(EN)A polyethylene microporous membrane which exhibits a Gurley air permeability of 1 to 1,000 sec/100mL/25μm and in which the total length of widths of waves in the widthwise direction of the microporous membrane is at most one-third of the overall width of the microporous membrane, and a process for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides a polyethylene microporous membrane having excellent flatness without impairing the other important physical properties such as permeability.
(FR)L'invention concerne une membrane microporeuse en polyéthylène qui présente une perméabilité à l'air Gurley de 1 à 1 000 sec/100 mL/25 μm et dont la longueur totale des largeurs d'ondes dans le sens de la largeur de la membrane microporeuse est au plus un tiers de la largeur totale de la membrane microporeuse, et un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. La présente invention concerne également une membrane microporeuse de polyéthylène ayant une excellente planéité sans altérer les autres propriétés importantes physiques telles que la perméabilité.
