Abstract:
(EN) A method for controlling a machine tool comprises: an attachment which includes a machine tool main body, a ram that is supported in a movable manner with respect to the machine tool main body, a main shaft that is supported in a drivable and rotatable manner by the ram, a driving shaft that can be attached to and detached from a tip end portion of the ram and rotates in response to the rotation of the main shaft, and a tool disposed on the driving shaft; and an NC device performing numerical control based on processing data, wherein the machine tool performs mechanical processing on a processing target. According to the method for controlling the machine tool, either one of the ram overhang amount and the ram feeding amount is decreased in a case where the stress related to the attachment is larger than the allowable stress of the attachment based on processing conditions consisting of the diameter of the tool, the depth of cut, and the feeding amount, and data consisting of the ram overhang amount, the shape of the attachment, and the material of the processing target.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour commander une machine-outil qui comprend : une fixation qui inclut un corps principal de machine-outil, un chariot qui est supporté de façon mobile par rapport au corps principal de machine-outil, un arbre principal qui est supporté de façon rotative par le chariot et pouvant être entraîné, un arbre d'entraînement qui peut être fixé et détaché d'une partie d'extrémité de pointe du chariot et qui tourne en réponse à la rotation de l'arbre principal, et un outil monté sur l'arbre d'entraînement ; et un dispositif NC exécutant une commande numérique sur la base des données de traitement, la machine-outil exécutant un traitement mécanique sur une cible de traitement. Selon le procédé de commande de la machine-outil, soit une longueur de porte-à-faux du chariot, soit la vitesse de l'avance du chariot est réduite dans le cas où la contrainte liée à la fixation est supérieure à la contrainte admissible de la fixation, sur la base de conditions de traitement constituées du diamètre de l'outil, de la profondeur de la coupe et de la vitesse de l'avance, et de données constituées de la longueur de porte-à-faux du chariot, de la forme de la fixation et de la matière de la cible de traitement.
(JA)  この工作機械の制御方法は、工作機械本体と、工作機械本体に対して移動自在に支持されるラムと、ラムに駆動回転可能に支持される主軸と、ラムの先端部に着脱可能であり、主軸の回転に応じて回転する駆動軸と、駆動軸に設けられた工具とを有するアタッチメントと、加工データに基づいて数値制御を行うNC装置と、を有し、被工作物の機械加工を行う。この工作機械の制御方法は、工具の直径、切り込み量、及び送り量からなる加工条件、ラムの突き出し量、アタッチメントの形状、被工作物の材質、からなる情報に基づいて、アタッチメントにかかる応力が、アタッチメントの許容応力よりも大きくなった場合、ラムの突き出し量、送り量のうち少なくとも一方を減少させる。
