Abstract:
(EN) A porous membrane for secondary batteries, which contains non-conductive particles and a binder for porous membranes. The non-conductive particles are polymer particles having a core-shell structure, and the core portion of each non-conductive particle has a glass transition point within 30-90°C, while the shell portion of each non-conductive particle has a glass transition point which is higher than that of the core portion by 10°C or more. The thickness of the shell portion is 0.01-3.0% of the number average particle diameter of the non-conductive particles, and the number average particle diameter (A) of the non-conductive particles and the number average particle diameter (B) of the binder for porous membranes satisfy (A) > (B).
(FR) L'invention concerne une membrane poreuse pour batteries secondaires, qui contient des particules non conductrices et un liant pour membranes poreuses. Les particules non conductrices sont des particules polymères ayant une structure cœur-enveloppe, et la partie cœur de chacune des particules non conductrices a un point de transition vitreuse compris entre 30 et 90°C, alors que la partie enveloppe de chacune des particules non conductrices a un point de transition vitreuse qui est supérieur à celui de la partie cœur de 10°C ou plus. L'épaisseur de la partie enveloppe est de 0,01 à 3,0 % du diamètre de particule moyen en nombre des particules non conductrices, et le diamètre de particule moyen en nombre (A) des particules non conductrices et le diamètre de particule moyen en nombre (B) du liant pour membranes poreuses satisfait (A) > (B).
