This parting film for green sheet production is characterized by having a substrate, which has a first surface and a second surface, and a parting agent layer, which is formed on the first surface side of the substrate, the maximum protrusion height (Rp2) of the second surface of the substrate being 60-500 nm, and the area occupancy of protrusions having a height of at least 60 nm on the second surface being no greater than 10%. By means of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of localized thickness unevenness and pinholes in the green sheet.

 L'invention concerne un film de séparation pour la fabrication d'une feuille crue, lequel possède un substrat avec une première face et une deuxième face, ainsi qu'une couche d'agent de séparation formée côté de la première face. La deuxième face du substrat présente une hauteur maximale de pic de profil (Rp2) comprise dans la plage 60 à 500 nm et se caractérise en ce que la densité d'occupation des pics de profil d'une hauteur supérieure ou égale à 60 nm est inférieure ou égale à 10 %. Grâce à cette invention, il est possible de réduire l'apparition dans la feuille crue de piqûres de corrosion et de variations de l'épaisseur notamment.

 本発明のグリーンシート製造用剥離フィルムは、グリーンシート製造用剥離フィルムであって、第1の面と第2の面とを有する基材と、前記基材の前記第1の面側に形成された剥離剤層とを有し、前記基材の前記第2の面の最大突起高さRpが60~500nmであり、かつ、前記第2の面における高さ60nm以上の突起の面積占有率が、10%以下であることを特徴とする。本発明によれば、グリーンシートにピンホールや部分的な厚みのばらつきの発生を抑制することができる。
