Abstract:
(EN) The present invention aims to provide a photosensitive conductive paste comprising a titanium oxide, with which according to various calcination environments a dense calcined film causing no wiring disconnection and a cheap conductive wire characterized by having required appropriate shape and resistance value can be formed. The present invention provides a photosensitive conductive paste comprising a conductive powder, an inorganic component including glass frit and titanium oxide particles, and a photosensitive organic component, wherein the content of the titanium oxide particles is 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the conductive powder and the volume mean particle size is 0.001 to 1.0 µm.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de proposer une pâte conductrice photosensible qui comprend un oxyde de titane, avec laquelle, selon les divers environnements de calcination, peuvent être formés un film calciné dense qui ne provoque aucune déconnexion de câbles et un film fil conducteur bon marché caractérisé par le fait qu'il présente une forme appropriée nécessaire et une valeur de résistance. La présente invention porte sur une pâte conductrice photosensible qui comprend une poudre conductrice, un composant inorganique qui comprend des particules de fritte de verre et d'oxyde de titane, ainsi qu'un composant organique photosensible, la teneur en particules d'oxyde de titane variant entre 0,1 et 5,0 parties en poids par rapport à 100 parties en poids de la poudre conductrice et la taille moyenne des particules en volume variant entre 0,001 et 1,0 µm.
(JA) 本発明は、酸化チタンを用いた感光性導電ペーストにおいて、様々な焼成環境に応じて、断線が発生しない緻密な焼成膜、所望する適切な形状、抵抗値を特徴とする安価な導電性配線を形成できる感光性導電ペーストを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、導電性粉末、ガラスフリットおよび酸化チタン粒子を含む無機成分、ならびに感光性有機成分を含有する感光性導電ペーストであって、該酸化チタン粒子の含有量が該導電性粉末100重量部に対して0.1~5.0重量部、体積平均粒子径が0.001~1.0μmであることを特徴とする感光性導電ペーストを提供する。
