Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a boron-added high strength bolt steel which has excellent delayed fracture resistance even to a tensile strength of 1,100 MPa or more without having a large amount of an expensive alloying element such as Cr or Mo added thereto; and a high strength bolt which is formed of this boron-added high strength bolt steel. A high strength bolt steel of the present invention contains 0.23% or more but less than 0.40% of C, 0.23-1.50% of Si, 0.30-1.45% of Mn, 0.03% or less of P (excluding 0%), 0.03% or less of S (excluding 0%), 0.05-1.5% of Cr, 0.02-0.30% of V, 0.02-0.1% of Ti, 0.0003-0.0050% of B, 0.01-0.10% of Al and 0.002-0.010% of N, with the balance made up of ion and unavoidable impurities. The ratio of the Si content [Si] to the C content [C] in the high strength bolt steel ([Si]/[C]) is 1.0 or more, and the high strength bolt steel has a mixed structure of ferrite and pearlite.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un acier pour boulon à résistance élevée avec ajout de bore qui a une excellente résistance à la fracture différée même à une force de traction de 1100 MPa ou plus sans avoir une grande quantité d'un élément d'alliage onéreux tel que du Cr ou du Mo ajoutée à celui-ci ; et un boulon à résistance élevée qui est formé de cet acier pour boulon à résistance élevée avec ajout de bore. Un acier pour boulon à résistance élevée de la présente invention contient 0,23% ou plus mais moins de 0,40% de C, 0,23 à 1,50% de Si, 0,30 à 1,45% de Mn, 0,03% ou moins de P (à l'exclusion de 0%), 0,03% ou moins de S (à l'exclusion de 0%), 0,05 à 1,5% de Cr, 0,02 à 0,30% de V, de 0,02 à 0,1% de Ti, 0,0003 à 0,0050% de B, 0,01 à 0,10% d'Al et 0,002 à 0,010% de N, le reste étant constitué d'ions et d'impuretés inévitables. Le rapport de la teneur en Si [Si] par rapport à la teneur en C [C] dans l'acier pour boulon à résistance élevée ([Si]/[C]) est de 1,0 ou plus, et l'acier pour boulon à résistance élevée a une structure mixte de ferrite et de perlite.
(JA)  CrやMo等の高価な合金元素を多量に添加することなく、1100MPa以上の引張強さであっても耐遅れ破壊性に優れたボロン添加高強度ボルト用鋼、およびこのようなボロン添加高強度ボルト用鋼からなる高強度ボルトを提供する。本発明の高強度ボルト用鋼は、C:0.23~0.40%未満、Si:0.23~1.50%、Mn:0.30~1.45%、P:0.03%以下(0%を含まない)、S:0.03%以下(0%を含まない)、Cr:0.05~1.5%、V:0.02~0.30%、Ti:0.02~0.1%、B:0.0003~0.0050%、Al:0.01~0.10%、およびN:0.002~0.010%、を夫々含有し、残部が鉄および不可避不純物からなり、且つSiの含有量[Si]とCの含有量[C]の比([Si]/[C])が1.0以上であると共に、フェライトおよびパーライトの混合組織である。
