Abstract:
(EN) This invention has an integrated structure. To form this structure, a plurality of unit elements disposed in a planar arrangement on a transparent substrate and provided with at least a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a second electrode are disposed in a plurality of planar arrangements on the transparent substrate; and the second electrode of one unit element is brought into direct contact with the first electrode of another, adjacent, unit element through a machining line that goes through the photoelectric conversion layer and a protective layer to form a series connection.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un module de cellule solaire en couches minces organiques qui comprend une structure intégrée. Afin de former cette structure, une pluralité d'éléments d'unité disposés selon un agencement plan sur un substrat transparent et pourvus d'au moins une électrode, d'une couche de conversion photoélectrique et d'une seconde électrode sont disposés selon une pluralité d'agencements plans sur le substrat transparent ; et la seconde électrode d'un élément d'unité est mise en contact direct avec la première électrode d'un autre élément d'unité adjacent au moyen d'une ligne d'usinage qui traverse la couche de conversion photoélectrique et une couche de protection afin de former un montage en série.
