A reel (10) has: a hub (12) in which a plurality of through-holes (30) are formed in a connecting part (32) for connecting a cylindrical part (13) and a shaft-center part (18) with one another; a first flange (14) positioned on one end of the hub (12), and equipped with a first insertion part (46) inserted into a through-hole (30) of the connecting part (32), and a first inner-circumferential part (15) for contacting a first reference surface (32C) formed on the connecting part (32), and causing a first flange surface (14A) not to contact the cylindrical part (13); and a second flange (16) positioned on the other end of the hub (12), and equipped with a second insertion part (48) inserted into a through-hole (30) of the connecting part (32) and joined to the first insertion part (46), and a second inner-circumferential part (17) for contacting a second reference surface (32D) formed on the connecting part (32), and causing a second flange surface (16A) not to contact the cylindrical part (13).

Une bobine (10) comporte : un moyeu (12) dans lequel une pluralité de trous débouchants (30) sont formés dans une partie de connexion (32) afin d'interconnecter une partie cylindrique (13) et une partie centrale d'arbre (18) ; un premier flasque (14) positionné sur une extrémité du moyeu (12) et pourvu d'une première partie d'insertion (46) insérée dans un trou débouchant (30) de la partie de connexion (32) et d'une première partie circonférentielle interne (15) servant à la connexion d'une première surface de référence (32C) formée sur la partie de connexion (32), et faisant en sorte qu'une surface du premier flasque (14A) ne soit pas en contact avec la partie cylindrique (13) ; et un second flasque (16) positionné sur l'autre extrémité du moyeu (12) et pourvu d'une seconde partie d'insertion (48) insérée dans un trou débouchant (30) de la partie de connexion (32) et assemblée avec la première partie d'insertion (46), et d'une seconde partie circonférentielle interne (17) servant à la connexion d'une seconde surface de référence (32D) formée sur la partie de connexion (32) et faisant en sorte qu'une surface du second flasque (16A) ne soit pas en contact avec la partie cylindrique (13).
