Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a honeycomb filter that prevents depth filtration, and has both high trapping efficiency and low pressure loss. This honeycomb filter comprises: a ceramic honeycomb base material having a plurality of cells for causing fluid to flow therethrough aligned in the longitudinal direction and having cell walls therebetween, said base material having one end section thereof sealed on either the fluid inflow side or the fluid outflow side of the cells; and a filter layer formed on, among the surfaces of the cell walls, the surface of cell walls of cells having the end section on the fluid inflow side thereof open and the end section on the fluid outflow side thereof sealed. The honeycomb filter is characterized by the filter layer by: comprising a plurality of spherical ceramic particles and a crosslinking product that crosslinks between the spherical ceramic particles and bonds the spherical ceramic particles; and by being configured by a three-dimensional mesh structure comprising the spherical ceramic particles and the crosslinking product.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un filtre en nid d'abeilles qui permet d'éviter une filtration en profondeur et qui présente à la fois une efficacité élevée de piégeage et une faible perte de pression. Le filtre en nid d'abeilles de l'invention comprend : un matériau céramique de base en nid d'abeilles comportant une pluralité de cellules, à travers lesquelles un fluide peut s'écouler, alignées dans la direction longitudinale et séparées par des parois, ledit matériau de base ayant une de ses sections terminales scellée du côté de l'entrée du fluide ou du côté de sortie du fluide des cellules ; une couche filtrante formée, parmi les surfaces des parois des cellules, sur la surface des parois des cellules ayant la section terminale ouverte du côté de l'entrée du fluide et la section terminale scellée du côté de sortie du fluide. Le filtre en nid d'abeilles est caractérisé en ce que la couche filtrante : comprend une pluralité de particules sphériques en céramique et un produit de réticulation qui se réticule entre les particules sphériques en céramique et lie les particules sphériques en céramique ; et est configurée par une structure maillée tridimensionnelle comprenant les particules sphériques en céramique et le produit de réticulation.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、深層濾過を防止し、かつ、高い捕集効率と低い圧力損失を両立させることのできるハニカムフィルタを提供することであり、本発明のハニカムフィルタは、流体を流通させるための多数のセルがセル壁を隔てて長手方向に並設され、上記セルの流体流入側又は流体流出側のいずれかの端部が封止されてなるセラミックハニカム基材と、 上記セル壁の表面のうち、上記流体流入側の端部が開口され、上記流体流出側の端部が封止されたセルのセル壁の表面に形成された濾過層とを備えたハニカムフィルタであって、 上記濾過層は、複数の球状セラミック粒子と、上記球状セラミック粒子間を架橋して上記球状セラミック粒子同士を結合する架橋体からなり、上記球状セラミック粒子及び上記架橋体は3次元網目構造を構成してなることを特徴とする。
