Title: METHOD FOR INSTALLING NOX REMOVAL DEVICE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE, AND HEAT RECOVERY DEVICE
Abstract:
Provided is a method for installing a NOx removal device, which is provided with multiple catalyst members (30) for decomposing nitrogen oxides, in a heat recovery device (10) that recovers heat from nitrogen oxide-containing gas. The heat recovery device (10) comprises: heat recovery units (1, 2, 3) that recover heat from gas; and a first gate part (8) that can be opened and closed and is for conveying catalyst members (30) from outside the heat recovery device (10) into the interior of the heat recovery device (10) where the heat recovery units (1, 2, 3) are installed. Multiple support members for supporting the catalyst members are conveyed in from the first gate part (S1303). The multiple support members are installed at positions inside the heat recovery device where the heat recovery units are not installed (S1304). Multiple catalyst members are conveyed in from the first gate part (S1305). The multiple catalyst members are installed on the support members (S1306).
