Abstract

A system (1) for managing the preparation of dishes, comprising: at least one ingredient preparation station (2) for the preparation of a dish; at least one central unit (100) for entering the parameters to identify a dish selected from a number of predetermined dishes, the parameters being called the order; at least one peripheral unit (101) connected to the central unit (100) and associated with the preparation station (2), the peripheral unit being equipped with a memory (102) for storing the order sent to it from the central unit. In particular, the peripheral unit (101) also comprises: a database (103) containing recipes for preparing the predetermined dishes, a processing unit (104) operatively active on the memory (102) and on the database (103) for extracting, from the latter, the recipe corresponding to the order previously stored in the memory; display means (105) cooperating with the processing unit (104) to make the recipe extracted from the database (103) available to the operator, to allow the preparation of the preselected dish on the preparation station (2).

L'invention concerne un système (1) pour gérer la préparation de plats, comprenant : au moins un poste de préparation d'ingrédients (2) pour la préparation d'un plat; au moins une unité centrale (100) destinée à l'introduction de paramètres pour identifier un plat sélectionné parmi un certain nombre de plats prédéterminés, lesdits paramètres étant dénommés "commande"; au moins une unité périphérique (101) reliée à l'unité centrale (100) et associée au poste de préparation (2), l'unité périphérique étant équipée d'une mémoire (102) pour stocker la commande qui lui a été envoyée par l'unité centrale. En particulier, l'unité périphérique (101) comprend également : une base de données (103) contenant des recettes pour préparer les plats prédéterminés, une unité de traitement (104) agissant de façon fonctionnelle sur la mémoire (102) et sur la base de données (103) pour extraire de cette dernière la recette correspondant à la commande précédemment stockée dans la mémoire; un moyen d'affichage (105) coopérant avec l'unité de traitement (104) pour rendre la recette extraite de la base de données (103) disponible à l'opérateur, afin de permettre la préparation du plat présélectionné sur le poste de préparation (2).
