(FR) PROCÉDÉ ET DISPOSITIF DE TRAITEMENT ÉLECTROCHIMIQUE DES EAUX USÉES INDUSTRIELLES ET DE L'EAU POTABLE
Abstract:
(EN) Subject matter of the invention is the procedure and plant for industrial wastewater and/or drinking water treatment by means of electrochemical methods and advanced oxidation processes. The preparatory phase of gravitational sedimentation is followed by main treatment consisting of electrocoagulation, electrooxidation and electroflotation through action of metal electrode sets made of inox, steel and aluminium respectively, with parallel disinfection/oxidation with ozone, UV irradiation and ultrasonic treatment, as well as recirculation in the electromagnetic field. At the end of the main treatment, the mixture of floccule and water is subject to coagulation/flocculation by electrochemically generated steel and aluminium floccule with slow infusion of ozone. The next phase is separation of sediment from clean water which is discharged through sand and activated charcoal filters for the purpose of removal of light floating floccule in the collection tank. If required, the water is subject to oxidation with simultaneous action of UV irradiation and ozone for the purpose of final destruction of organic matter and ammonia, and potential residues of microbiological contamination.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur les procédures et les usines en rapport avec le traitement des eaux usées industrielles et/ou de l'eau potable, au moyen de procédés électrochimiques et de procédés d'oxydation avancés. La phase préparatoire de sédimentation gravitationnelle est suivie d'un traitement principal, qui se compose d'électrocoagulation, d'électro-oxydation et d'électroflottation par l'action d'ensembles d'électrodes métalliques composés d'inox, d'acier et d'aluminium respectivement, avec désinfection/oxydation parallèle à l'ozone, irradiation aux UV et traitement ultrasonore, ainsi que recirculation dans le champ électromagnétique. À l'issue du traitement principal, le mélange de flocons et d'eau est soumis à une coagulation/floculation par des flocons d'acier et d'aluminium générés de façon électrochimique avec lente infusion d'ozone. La phase suivante est la séparation des sédiments de l'eau propre, qui est déchargée à travers le sable et des filtres à charbon actif, dans le but de retirer les flocons flottants légers dans la cuve de recueil. Si besoin est, l'eau est soumise à oxydation avec action simultanée d'irradiation aux UV et de l'ozone dans le but d'assurer la destruction définitive des matières organiques et de l'ammoniac, ainsi que les résidus potentiels de la contamination microbiologique.
