Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and a method for identifying energy consumption data for use for the energy-efficient control of an industrial installation. The installation has at least one first interface to at least one measuring device for energy data acquisition in the installation, and a second interface for controlling the installation and information stored therein for process steps of a production process to be identified, during which, when the installation is being operated as intended, the predetermined process steps are carried out in the installation components. Between individual installation components there are logical connections, and a measuring device carries out at least one measurement of the energy consumption of the installation or installation components for a predefined process step sequence consisting of at least one process step. The start and end of the measurement are controlled by the identification of likewise known start and/or stop conditions of the process steps and the measured energy values thus determined are correlated with the process steps contained in the predefined process step sequence.
