(EN)Disclosed is a method for separating acetophenone and α-methyl benzoic alchohol. The method utilises the different inclusion capability of cyclodextrin to acetophenone and α-methyl benzoic alchohol and can achieve the selective separation thereof under mild conditions. The present invention has advantages such as having mild separating conditions, good separation effects, a simple process, a reusable separating medium, and being energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Le procédé utilise la capacité d'inclusion différente d'une cyclodextrine dans un acétophénone et un alcool benzoïque α-méthyle et permet d'effectuer sa séparation sélective dans des conditions douces. L'invention présente les avantages suivants : conditions de séparation douces, bons effets de séparation, processus simple, milieu de séparation réutilisable, économies d'énergie et respect de l'environnement.
