Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device manufacturing method and a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device manufacturing method comprises a method for manufacturing a front frame (100) and a rubber frame (200), which comprises: designing a plate-shaped front frame pattern and a rubber frame pattern in the same mold; injection molding in the mold and demolding to form the front frame (100) and the rubber frame (200). Since the freedom degree in the planar direction of a liquid crystal display panel (400) is fixed by the rubber frame while in the direction perpendicular to the liquid crystal display panel (400) is fixedly clamped by the front frame (100) and the rubber frame (200), and the front frame (100) is in a plate shape, in this way the front frame (100) can only position the liquid crystal display panel (400) in a direction (Z-axis direction) perpendicular to the liquid crystal display panel (400) and positioning in other directions are realized by the rubber frame (200), and therefore the structure of the front frame (100) is greatly simplified while mold opening cost of the front frame (100) is reduced. Furthermore, the front frame (100) and the rubber frame (200) can be formed by the same mold so that mold cost is lower, and the front frame (100) and the rubber frame (200) can be formed simultaneously by means of one injection molding process, so that production efficiency can be improved while production cost is reduced.
