Abstract:
A solar energy thermal drying tube is formed by a fan (1), a heat recovery air port (2), a drying cylinder gasket (3), an external light transmitting glass tube (4), an internal light transmitting glass tube (5), a solar heat absorbing cylinder (6), a material cylinder (7), a stirring screw stem (8), a drying cylinder base (9), and a material discharge plug (10). Meanwhile, the outside surface of the solar heat absorbing cylinder (6) is provided with an absorbing coating and an air disturbing texture, which strengthen the solar heat collection and air heat exchanging performance. The thermal drying tube optimizes and integrates an air heat recovery component and a solar heat collection component, thereby reducing a system heat loss and increasing an effective heat collection temperature of an air heater, so that the solar energy resource can be effectively used to dry materials with high efficiency.
