A heat-pump-type heating apparatus, wherein the heating capacity of a heating device (2) is controlled with greater precision according to heating load. A control device (1) for controlling the heating device (2): determines the required heating capacity based on the exterior temperature, a set heating temperature, and the like; causes a compressor (2b) to operate based on the rotation speed for the set heating capacity and controls an expansion valve (2d) so that the discharge temperature of the compressor (2b) reaches a predetermined value; and performs a control so that the outgoing heat-medium-temperature measurement value of the heat medium delivered to the heating terminal is consistent with the outgoing heat-medium-temperature determined value for the heating capacity. Once it has been determined that the outgoing heat-medium-temperature measurement value is consistent with the outgoing heat-medium-temperature determined value, the control device (1) compares the cooling-medium-outlet-temperature measurement value of the heating-medium heat exchanger (2c) measured by a temperature sensor (2f) with a cooling-medium-outlet-temperature stored value according to the determined heating capacity; and, if there is a disparity between the measured value and the stored value, changes the determined heating capacity to eliminate the disparity.

Un appareil de chauffage de type pompe à chaleur, dans lequel la capacité de chauffage d'un dispositif de chauffage (2) est commandée avec une plus grande précision selon la charge de chauffage.  ヒートポンプ式暖房装置において、暖房負荷に対応して加熱装置2の暖房能力をより正確に制御する。 加熱装置2を制御する制御装置1は、外気温度及び設定暖房温度等から必要な暖房能力を決定し、該決定暖房能力の回転速度で圧縮機2bを動作させると共に圧縮機2bの吐出温度が所定値となるように膨張弁2dを制御し、暖房端末へ送り出される熱媒の往き熱媒温度測定値が、決定暖房能力の往き熱媒温度決定値と一致するように制御する。往き熱媒温度測定値が往き熱媒温度決定値に一致すると判断した後、制御装置1は、温度センサ2fで測定される熱媒熱交換器2cの冷媒出口温度測定値を、決定暖房能力における冷媒出口温度記憶値と比較し、測定値と記憶値との間に差があれば、当該差分を解消するように、決定暖房能力を変更する。
