Provided are a molded body provided with a high-precision shape and having a convex part with a rough inclined surface, a method of manufacturing a mold, a mold, and an optical element. The bottom of a groove orthogonal to the direction of release and an inclined surface in proximity to the groove bottom form a smooth surface (smooth transfer surface); therefore, the resin separation resistance in the groove bottom and a region proximal thereto when the mold is released will be low, burring will be minimal, the shape of the groove can be transferred with high precision, and the release properties will be excellent. Since the inclined surfaces other than those proximal to the groove bottom will be rough (rough surface transfer surface), most of the inclined surface of the land part will be rough; therefore, the desired dispersing effect can be demonstrated when the molded body is used as an optical component.

L'invention porte sur un corps moulé présentant une forme de haute précision et possédant une partie convexe qui présente une surface inclinée rugueuse, sur un procédé de fabrication d'un moule, sur un moule et sur un élément optique. Le fond d'une rainure orthogonale à la direction du démoulage et une surface inclinée à proximité du fond de la rainure forment une surface lisse (surface de transfert lisse) ; de cette façon, la résistance à la séparation de la résine dans le fond de la rainure et dans une région proche de ce fond lors du démoulage du moule sera faible, les bavures seront minimes, la forme de la rainure pourra être transférée avec une haute précision, et les propriétés de démoulage seront excellentes. Étant donné que les surfaces inclinées autres que les surfaces proches du fond de la rainure seront rugueuses (surface de transfert à surface rugueuse), la majeure partie de la surface inclinée du plat sera rugueuse ; de cette façon, l'effet de dispersion désiré peut être démontré lorsque le corps moulé est utilisé comme composant optique.

斜面が粗面で形成される凸部を有しつつも高精度な形状を備えた成形体、金型の製造方法、金型および光学素子を提供する。金型の離型方向に対して直交する溝の溝底及び、溝底の近傍の斜面は平滑面(平滑面転写面)のままであるので、離型時に溝底とその近傍において樹脂の剥離抵抗が少なくなり、バリも生じることなく、溝の形状を精度良く転写できると共に、離型性に優れる。溝底とその近傍以外の斜面は粗面(粗面転写面)となっているから、ランド部の斜面の殆どが粗面となるため、成形体を光学部品としたときに所望の拡散効果を発揮できる。
